PPA CLINIC FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

2 or 3 – DAY PPA CLINIC
Investment:  Guarantee deposit of $6,000 is required (made payable in one (1) lump sum of $6000 or in two (2) $3000 installments, made payable to Coastal Pro Sports. The guarantee must be met/paid prior to the PPA departing for the camp location.
Revenue Sharing:  After the initial $6,000 is met in camp revenue, the PPA and your organization will split all additional camp revenue 50/50.
Instructor Expenses:  Your organization will pay (or arrange) for travel expenses (airfare, ground transportation, lodging, etc…).
PPA’s Obligations: The PPA will:
Handle all customer service issues;
Collect all payment for the clinic;
Advertise the camp on the PPA website as well as the CPS website
Provide camp contact person with camp flyer;
Provide the appropriate number of instructors for the event (your organization is NOT responsible for additional PPA coaches travel expenses);
Bring and distribute PPA manuals for each participant;
As well as bring t-shirts for every participant registered in the clinic (optional)
Provide roster updates to the camp contact person upon request;
At the completion of the camp, PPA will submit a financial report to your organization and pay any outstanding balances.
Your organization will:
Secure a field, Water, Bathrooms, Balls, Towels, Secure a location to hold the lecture session, Power Strip, Screen (or a blank wall) Chairs, Assist in marketing the event in your area.
Product Sales: There are two options:
Your organization has the opportunity to purchase PPA products from the PPA at wholesale price and sell them at the camp; or,
The PPA will bring and sell product with no obligation to your organization and will solely retain all related proceeds

1 – DAY PPA CLINIC
Investment: A flat rate of $5,000;
Revenue Sharing:  There will be no revenue sharing.
Instructor Expenses: Your organization will pay (or arrange) for travel expenses (airfare, ground transportation, lodging, etc…).  
PPA’s Obligations: What the 1-day clinic will include will vary depending upon requests, but could include: working a camp, giving a lecture, power point presentations, etc….it depends on what you are looking for.
Your Obligation: Your organization will provide whatever equipment/facilities are necessary, dependent upon requests.

LECTURE APPEARANCE
Investment: A flat rate of $3,500;
Instructor Expenses: Your organization will pay (or arrange) for travel expenses (airfare, ground transportation, lodging, etc…).  
Your Obligation: Your organization will provide whatever equipment/facilities are necessary, dependent upon requests.
